- How can I book a room?
Just check the availability using the online reservation system, select the type of room required and fill out the booking form. You will receive by return a confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
- What time is check in and check out?
Check-in: 14h/ Check-out: 12h
- Can I leave the room late?
Yes. Until 15h30, an extra of 50% of the price of the night will be charged. If you want to leave the room after 15h30, an additional night will be charged. Please ask at the reception.
- Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
Yes, please precise it when you make your booking.
- Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
If you book an Executive Room, you can request a room with balcony. According to the availability, the hotel will do its best to satisfy.
- Are there non-smoking rooms?
2 storeys are dedicated to non-smoking rooms. Please ask when you make your booking if you need a non-smoking room.
- How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
The hotel has 2 buildings with 6 storeys. Each one of the buildings has 2 lifts.
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms?
Yes, all the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning.
- Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
No, we are sorry for that.
- Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes, we have a luggage room and can keep it when you leave or when you arrive if your room is not available yet.
- Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
A public parking is available near the hotel.
- Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
Yes, an Internet terminal is available in the lounge at the reception (extra charge).
- Do you have high-speed Internet in the room for my portable computer? Is it wireless?
Yes, a free Wifi connection is available in the entire hotel.
- Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
Our spacious rooms are the Superior Ones. The Executive rooms are offering a large and comfortable space. All the rooms are soundproofed. You also can ask for a room on courtyard.
- What languages are spoken in Reception?
Our multilingual staff is welcoming you in French, English, Spanish, German and Italian.
- Where may I rent a car?
In the hotel, you can rent luxury cars. For “traditional” cars, you will easily find agencies in Paris.
- We are coming with 1 (or more) child, can we add an extra bed in a double room? What are the other options?
To welcome families, the Hotel can offer superior rooms. This type of rooms can accommodate up to 3 persons. For more than 3, adjoining rooms can be booked.
Under 12 years old, children are welcome for free in the room of their parents. Only one child accepted per room. The breakfast is free for children under 12.
- What is the nearest metro station and how long does it take to join it?
The nearest metro station are « Ternes »(line n°2) or Charles de Gaulle Etoile (lines n°1, 2, 6 and RER A.
- How much does a taxi from the airport cost?
From Roissy-CDG airport: 50-60€/ From Orly: 40-50€. Price can vary according to the traffic and the taxi.
- How can I cancel my reservation?
You will receive a confirmation of your booking through e-mail. On this confirmation, you will find your confirmation code and a cancellation code. Keep these codes carefully as you will need them if you want to cancel. To cancel the booking, just log on our website, then in « Rates and Bookings », click on « Track/Cancel Reservation », then just follow the procedure. You can use this system only if you have respected the cancellation policy on your confirmation.
